José Negron

José Negron brings more than 30 years of experience across the cruise, hospitality and destination development sectors, with expertise in cruise port development, private island operations, major capital projects, and government and stakeholder relations.

José held senior leadership positions with Carnival Corporation and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, where his responsibilities included global port and destination development, private destination operations, and the evaluation of new cruise destinations. Throughout his career, he has managed significant cruise port assets and played a direct role in the development and operation of destinations across the Caribbean and Latin America.

At Apollo Maritime Services, José leads the evaluation, development and management of cruise ports and emerging destinations. He supports cruise lines, port and destination owners, developers, governments and investors through strategic planning, feasibility and investment assessment, project development and ongoing operations.
