Capt. Luigi Razeto

Capt. Razeto served as Senior Vice President, Marine Operations, operating as a top-tier fleet executive with responsibility for global operations across 33 vessels worldwide for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Capt. Razeto Joined NCLH in 2015.
Before joining the company, Capt. Razeto served as Vice President of Nautical Operations and Compliance CSO at Prestige Cruise Holdings from 2008 until 2015
Earlier in his career, he served in senior positions with Martinoli SAM and Costa Crociere, including Safety & Quality Superintendent and Staff Captain, building a strong foundation in shipboard operations, safety management systems, and quality assurance.
Capt. Razeto also served in the Italian Navy and was honorably discharged with the rank equivalent to U.S. Navy Petty Officer Second Class (OR-5).
