Supply Chain Transparency Statement
The Apollo Group and its affiliates (“Apollo”) are committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and with respect for human rights across our global operations. As a provider of hospitality, culinary, and beverage services around the world, we rely on a diverse network of suppliers, distributors, and service partners. We recognize that the conditions under which goods and services are produced are integral to our standards and values, and we expect our suppliers to uphold those values throughout their own supply chains.
Apollo strictly prohibits the use of forced labor, modern slavery, child labor, and human trafficking. We expect suppliers to provide fair and safe working conditions, to treat their employees with dignity and respect, and to comply with all applicable laws regarding labor, employment, and human rights. Our expectations are outlined in The Apollo Group Supplier Code of Conduct, which is a required component of the supplier onboarding and contracting process. By agreeing to the Supplier Code of Conduct, suppliers affirm that the products and services provided to Apollo are sourced and manufactured in compliance with applicable laws and ethical labor practices, and that they hold their own suppliers to the same standards. Apollo maintains the right to assess supplier compliance and may request documentation, conduct reviews, or audit suppliers where risk or non-compliance is suspected. Should a supplier fail to meet our requirements, Apollo may require corrective action or, where appropriate, discontinue the business relationship.
At this time, Apollo has not identified any confirmed instances of forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking within its supply chain and has therefore not taken remediation measures. If such practices are identified in the future, Apollo is committed to investigating promptly, prioritizing the protection and remediation of affected workers, and taking appropriate action with the suppliers involved.
Apollo does not currently track performance indicators relating to labour practices in its supply chain. However, we are in the process of strengthening our responsible sourcing and ESG practices, including formalizing supplier monitoring, risk assessment, and transparency measures as our sustainability program continues to develop.
The Apollo Group remains committed to continuously improving supply chain transparency, upholding human rights, and working collaboratively with suppliers and partners to ensure ethical labor practices across all operations. We understand that responsible sourcing is an ongoing effort, and we will continue to evolve our programs, standards, and expectations to reflect that responsibility.
